How do I order a custom bottle bottom window or panel?
It's easy! Simply contact Nikki either by email nikki@bottomsupglass.com or phone (435) 760-2897. If you want a piece installed in an existing widow, Nikki will make a personal visit to the site for measurements.

Is shipping of panels available?
Pieces can be shipped anywhere. Shipping costs are added and vary according to size. For oversized items, an additional crate fee is required.

What if the panel I like has been sold?
Each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated exactly. However, another can be made using similar colors, shapes, and measurements.

Can you make a piece using my own family glass?
The answer is, yes! In fact, customers are encouraged to gather special family memorabilia and heirloom pieces. There is nothing that makes your panel more meaningful than including personal items - particularly, glass items that are chipped, broken, or have small cracks. Items are accepted with the understanding that glass items are fragile, particularly older glass. Every effort is taken to protect your personal items, but there is no guarantee against breakage.

Where can I see some of your pieces in person?
Each piece is viewable online or available pieces can be viewed in Nikki's studio located in Providence, Utah.

How and where can I display these glass works in my house?
There are a variety of ways customers have decided to proudly display their beautiful works of art. You can click the Installed button in the gallery to view some examples of installed pieces.
